If at any time during that trial period you decide that you would like to return it, you may do so and receive a full refund. You are responsible for all costs to ship it back to us. When does the trial start?
The 30-day trial offer starts when your mattress is delivered. It is available only on mattress purchases and products purchased as part of a sleep system.

If an order is cancelled after it has already shipped, or in the case of a refusal, the customer will be responsible for any and all freight charges. This includes the original freight cost to the customer, as well as the cost of the return to our warehouse.

This sleep trial ONLY applies to MemoryFoamBeds.com.

Should you decide to return your mattress, you will need to purchase a mattress box to return the mattress, since the mattresses we sell have to be compressed and rolled and wrapped very tightly in order to be small enough to ship via UPS. Call our customer service at 1-800-887-9182 to start the return process. Your refund will be applied in the same form as the initial payment was received. The customer is required to pay the return shipping.

In addition to our existing Return Policy, you may now choose to simply donate your mattress to a local charity where you live. Get a receipt from the charity. (The charity must be a registered non-profit, 501-C3 such as Good Will, The Salvation Army, a hospice, church, etc.) We will deduct $150 from your refund and credit back the balance as soon as we receive the receipt.

Electrical Adjustable bases, bed frames, pillows, cushions, sheets, custom size beds, and accessories cannot be returned.
